Quote:
To learn to walk with your wife, spend some time walking behind her. Steve Wiscombe
I'm a fast walker and usually my wife is struggling to keep up with me; however, while on vacation this summer I learned a lesson.
We were hiking in Gros Morne National Park, in Newfoundland. One of our hikes was to the Western Brook Gorge boat tour.
I decided to walk behind my wife as there were a number of people on the trail. It was a 3 km hike to the dock.
We had been walking for about a Kilometer and I noticed that I was walking step by step with my wife.
I wish I had learned this lesson earlier.
