Why is it that as I get older I feel colder. Normally I was always warm (I'm a man) but when I reached
55 or 56 i recall , one night when I awoke, my feet were cold. I have had a number of medical tests done but the only medical
problem is low B12. I now wear socks to bed. Apparently as we get older,
our metabolism slows down. We don;t generate as much heat. Also, there may be underlying medical conditions which make us
feel cold.
Make sure that you are dressed warmly when going outside
and have eaten a good healthy meal. For information
