Bread terminology
Dough:
The name for the finished mix of flour, water, yeast and other additives.
Kneading:
Mixing together the ingredients. This is the most important step.
Heel or bottom
of bread:The top or bottom outside slice.
Kiss slice: The two slices
that meet between two buns
Mixing bowl: Bowl used to mix the ingredients.
Bread pans: The pans used to bake bread
