What is hydroplaning? To skim or skid on wet surface (as pavement) because of a film of water on the surface
causes the tires to lose contact with the surface.
A few years ago a friend told me about a truck that had passed him at a high rate of speed. It was raining
and the road was slick.He mentioned to the person riding with him that there goes an accident. Unfortunately he was right.
A few miles down the highway, the truck had left the road. The driver was killed instantly and the passenger was in serious
condition.
